About the Company
We (The Founders of Agyad Multi Projects) are proud of the extensive experience and the long period we've spent in this area, as what we are now is a result of the struggle and great efforts that have been exerted over years, add to this the practical and scientific experience of the engineers who work with us in different company's locations.
Agyad Company has a group of trained, practitioners and supervisor engineers for each new technology in the field of construction, modern engineering designs and in the field of decoration, so we are proud that each new project adds a modern twist from its predecessor, whether in interior design, the finishing or decoration, in line with the tastes of everyone especially those who have good taste, which add a luster to all our projects.
Agyad Investment and Urban Development Company was founded in (2004) with a capital of (500.000.000) Egyptian pounds, as the company is considered now as one of the largest real estate investment companies in the city of the sixth of October.
The number of the company's projects so far is (24) projects varied between commercial, residential and administrative projects.
Founder of the company is Dr. Adel Sabry.
Since the customers are our main concern and will always have a lot of desires and aspirations, so who is capable to meet their desires is considered as the most significant and honorable in this area, we (at Agyad Company) consolidate in ourselves the important meaning of meeting all the wishes of our customers and their aspirations as they want and better. (Agyad Multi Projects Company) has tended to the reconstruction in the new areas supported by the Government, as we saw that these areas are distinguished from others in terms of fresh air and being away from the pollution and noise of the cars, as we work according to a set of commandments summarized as follows:
